Many years ago, satirist and conservative political commentator P.J. O’Rourke wrote a wonderful book on the vagaries of our federal and state governments titled “A Parliament of Whores” in which he concludes that Congress is, indeed, a parliament of whores - unfortunately, in a Democracy that means the whores are us.
We have reached a tipping point in our history - a point from which I’m now certain we will not be able to back away peacefully. Fully half of our poorly educated and, as a group, abysmally ignorant electorate pays no taxes and of the half that does pay taxes a small percentage is responsible for almost 60% of the tax revenue.
Our public school system has been undermined by secular leftists for nearly forty years and is now a complete joke - a farce that every June matriculates into the world a new generation of moral degenerates and political retards.
The fact of the matter is that the ignorant and the stupid - led by the cynical and the scheming - now outnumber the rest of us. This much was demonstrated on November 4, 2008 when a bare majority of them elected Barack Hussein Obama President and ensured the Democrat Socialist Party would have solid majorities in both houses of Congress. The electorate gave this parliament of crooks, liars and whores the opportunity of a lifetime to destroy the free market system and remake this republic into a socialist oligarchy.
By the time the opportunity comes to rectify the situation at the ballot box next November it will be too late. The foundation and framing of the new socialist order will already be in place and there will not be enough conservative Representatives and Senators to repeal all of the statist legislation, regulations and tax increases that will have been instituted.
To be sure, many Americans are furious right now and fit to be tied, but fury of this intensity cannot be maintained for very long without complete exhaustion setting in. To make matters worse, populist publicity whores like Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck and creating division in patriot ranks by urging the formation of a third political party. If this ridiculous and historically stupid idea gains any significant traction - and there is plenty of reason to believe it will - the Republican Party will be rent asunder and all the energy of the Tea Party movement will be dissipated as votes in election after election will be divided between the Republican candidate and the Third Party candidate, ensuring a Democrat Socialist rout next November and the doom of liberty. If that happens, then hear me now and believe me later when I tell you that sometime in 2011 you will witness secession and civil war. By 2012 the United States as we knew it in our youth will no longer exist.
How ironic that the first step on the road to serfdom should take place on the eve of the birth of Jesus Christ, who came into this world to make us free.

The Administration and Congress have shown their rear ends over the manufactured Healthcare Crisis. The american people are not impressed. As Pogo said, “We have met the enemy. And he is us.”
I read “Parliament of Whores” some years ago and yesterday put it and other books of mine in the attic of my parents. Great read but sad, like finding out how sausage is made.
Taking back the public schools or going with school choice is the only way in the long-term because this is where the Left indoctrinates.
In Nashville, on Feb. 4th thru 6th, there is a big conference for the Tea Partiers. I will be there to cover it for C4P.
Here are some things that need to be emphasized:
1) Forget the third-party, and REFORM the GOP to be the party of the right of center for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness along with the party of the Constitution. Distinguish it vs. the Left/Statists.
2) Organize a National Workshop of Liberty Seminar to teach people in a comprehensive way. Include focus on the Founding Fathers and the Revolution, Capitalism and Market Economics, Socialism and Dependency and strengthening families, and great thinkers such as Thomas Sowell, Friedrich Hayek, Solzhenitsyn, Russell Kirk and his Ten Conservative Principles, Judeo-Christian theology and its impact on the Founding and its indispensibility to a country of free, self-reliant, charitable yet ferocious patriots. Have a group within the Tea Party Movement to train instructors and send them out in two’s to evangelize all those who want to know liberty and want to do their part to stop the slide to socialism.
3) Reaching unity on a core set of beliefs, and holding politicians to them if not 100%, 90+% so that the sum total is a nation that is still free, strong, self-reliant, and prosperous.
4) Pushing for school choice to escape the indoctrination of our children.
5) 2nd Amendment workshop to help people understand not only their rights as Americans to be armed, but the DUTY to be a trained user of firearms to not only protect loved ones and the innocent, but to be ready to unite against the un-Constitutional power grab by the federal government if forced to save the Republic.
6) Form national Tea Party Council to promote and monitor candidates and who gets the endorsement and who gets support in GOP primaries. Not a full party, but a simple outfit to help us determine who is the best libertarian and conservative candidates for a district of state for the GOP primary and general elections.
7) Keep building the infrastructure of the movement so it keeps its force, consistency, and acts as the counter to the Soros/Dem/DKOS/HuffPo Left.
History is being made to repeat itself. If too few again cower in the face of its arrogance, a greater and more complete enslavement will ensue upon humankind than has ever before occurred in their annals.

It’s true that all Politicos everywhere have become abysmally corrupted and that on the whole Marxies exhibit the least moral reservations of all. It’s pivotal, however, to recognize that what fuels all these juggernauts is false popular conceptualization of money, as it yields indispensable insight to what steps mankind must take to rid itself of the distractive political scourges tormenting us.
Commodity Money, the vast bulk of which must be assiduously held within the community of private individuals adopting the Capitalist social structure and trusting the ‘invisible hand’ of Free Market value discovery, was a key component installed into the construction of America through the selfless genius of our Beloved Founders; as it precludes the clamping of economic chains on the necks of The People.
Thomas Jefferson’s often cited admonition that ‘combinations of banks are more powerful than standing armies’ is especially prescient, given the unrelenting generational persistence these human locust Banksters exert in achieving their evil ends.
Commerce of individuals providing goods to one and other, and the choice of what constitutes monies for that purpose, is the sovereign prerogative of the world’s Peoples, which stands antecedent to any logically subsequent government authority.
Temporary corrections of political dictatorships are in vain if we fail to throw off the Banksters who’ve commandeered The Peoples’ commerce and money with their help. We MUST concurrently work toward superceding their means of corrupting societies, by restoration of commodity Money, or our governments will fall, yet again, into immorality. By locally minting and trading in copper at first … once silver is fairly valued in ratio … and then gold; without a single shot or brawl, we can utterly defeat the MOST pernicious of our enemies … The Banksters!
I believe Manly, that you are fully and completely projecting your world experience of failure; loss; fear; and pessimism onto the national and world scene and I think it is wholly unjust; unfair; and not the truth.
You, sir, frankly do not understand the hope that is our nation, as the hope of Christ is deeply embedded into our constitution which is the first time ever in any country with the modern instantaneous flow of information that we are experiencing.
We, as a nation, haven’t even come close to exhausting our options as a peaceful nation with the legislative and judicial process at our disposal.
You sir, impregnating your world view of pessimism and negativity onto the world scene and implying that such view and opinion is the last word or “God’s word” - because you imply it is the last word - are a disgrace to the process that is our constitution, legislative and judicial process and frankly you are embarrassing me.
As a result, I will no longer show up here as the noted pseudonym you have been reading from since your inception from the first comment ever to grace these pages.
This is a new day, and you sir will be proved wrong, because well.. you are flat out wrong to project your experiential world view onto the national scene as you have done above.
In the coming new year we will not just explore, but actually take this country and it’s serious activist inhabitants through the process of actually and truly taking back this country that is rightfully ours…..us that truly believe in the hope that is Christ within us as fleshed out in our constitution…. with civil war and a bloody strife only as a threat, much as the same way as Reagan’s nuclear war against the Soviet Union was just that: a threat big enough to induce enough fear to buckle them.
In other words sell the heck out of guns, but use the constitutional, legislative and judicial process all the way, because not even government wants civil war because of the uncertainty of it and the self-preservation of each and every one of us.
Please don’t make a mockery out of due process by projecting your world view due to your negative experiences.
