Ramirez on Hunting Turkeys
If Congress continues on its kamikazi course, next year’s election will be more like shooting fish in a barrel than wild turkeys in the woods.
The battle for the soul of this nation will be a costly one. Please donate generously to Manly's Republic so that we can continue the fight.
Thank you.

Actually, I don’t think of Reid and Pelosi as turkeys. After all, the wild turkey is a very intelligent bird.
I think of them more as buzzards; an ugly, disgusting scavenger that sees misfortunes of others as opportunities for itself.
One difference, TH, between buzzards and R&P: Buzzards serve a useful purpose in the chain of life (in their grotesque way).
I stand corrected then, Piccolo.
Since “Politics” is a combination of “Poli”, which “many” and “Tics”, which are “blood-sucking parasites”, then Reid and Pelosi are ticks, which attach themselves to a productive and useful creature and suck the life from it.
Actually, I think Benjamin Franklin thought the Turkey should be the national bird. It was clean, resourceful, and good tasting. He thought the Eagle was just a carrion eater. However, it must be hard for Obama to soar like an eagle when he comes from a flock of trukeys.
Lugosi should’ve been drawn as a male bird instead of Reid. Afterall, she has more testosterone…
The sad undertext in this panel is that the present administration WOULD rather shoot eagles than turkeys.
