It’s been said that a conservative is a liberal who’s been mugged. In some cases I suppose that’s true, but only of those liberals whose mental disorder was not so profound as to render them incapable of anything other than repeating the same actions over and over again with expectation of differing results.
The blinders aren’t off, they’re tied in place and padlocked.
