I realize that I posted a Mamas & Papas video yesterday but for some reason I’m still stuck on Cass, whose voice was phenomenal. Here she sings “Dream a Little Dream.” It’s an old song - going way back to 1931 - that has been sung by countless crooners then and since.
Cass was not the first and certainly won’t be the last to have sung it but, in the humble opinion of this blogger, her version stands out as the best and most beautiful ever recorded and I dedicate it to all you young lovers out there. Enjoy.
